WEB DEVELOPER

Description

A Web Developer at Potratz is responsible for maintaining and expanding our products as well as developing innovative new projects. Much of the role includes coordinating with our team; so excellent communication skills and a diplomatic, positive attitude are a must. The successful candidate is expected to hit the ground running.

Requirements

  • You’re detail-oriented and have strong analytic skills
  • Experience in Web Development, including but not limited to PHP, HTML, Apache, Linux, CSS, Javascript, MySQL and jQuery
  • Experience working with WordPress preferable, creating templates and plug-ins
  • Familiarity with Source Control (preferably GitHub)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software systems and applications
  • Are passionate about web development
  • Use every critique as a training obstacle, honing your skills like an athlete
  • Work well in a team setting
  • Have a sense of humor, an open and receptive mind and a fun outlook on life
  • Bilingual? Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus
  • Server and/or Database Administration are a plus

VIDEO PRODUCER

Description

A Video Producer at Potratz is involved in every stage of the video production process.  They are able to oversee a project from beginning to end, both in the studio, on-location and through all stages of production. This is a high impact, fast paced position and if you’re a go-getter and full of energy, we’re looking for you!

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging TV and Pre-Roll copy that captures the audiences attention and draws them to complete the call-to-action to lead to conversion
  • Produce TV/Pre-Roll/Web videos through the use of high-end videography and motion graphics that not only engages the viewer but meets the expectations of our company and clients
  • Work with the client on-location to make them feel comfortable on-camera. Strategize on-location shooting and shooting to make sure the quality of the video meets the standards are client, company and manufacturer guidelines
  • Work with Account Services team to develop a video strategy that meets our clients needs and expectations
  • Work alongside Graphics Team to ensure creative is consistent across all advertising mediums

Requirements

  • Must be a Team Player
  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite—primarily After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience conceptualizing, storyboarding and producing commercials form pre through post-production
  • Strong sense of design and ability to create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
  • Advanced knowledge of shooting – must be comfortable with DSLR video camera workflow
  • Passionate about video production
  • Have a sense of humor, an open and receptive mind and a fun outlook on life
  • 3D Production Software such as Element 3D, Cinema 4D, etc. is a plus
  • Required to travel to on-location video shoots throughout the US and must have willingness to travel
  • 1-2 years experience in the field is required

PERFORMANCE MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Building strategies to assist clients in meeting and surpassing their goals and reporting on performance
  • Creating budgets and giving recommendations to budgets to what best helps the client
  • Completing Lead Evaluations and approving Media schedules and giving recommendations and trainings on how to enhance effectiveness of each
  • Overseeing accounts and communicating with clients and team all planning and strategies across all mediums
  • Discovering key business solutions for clients and up-selling corresponding Potratz services and products

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Description

A Graphic Designer’s role at Potratz is to create appealing, professional and effective graphics to represent marketing strategies put in place for our clients. Each designer is assigned a number of clients whose graphic needs they are responsible for and work hand-in-hand with the all department teams. Graphic Designers are expected to develop new ideas and strategies for landing pages, campaigns, promotions and anything else that would advance our dealers’ business. You must be highly proficient in all Adobe Creative programs and will create graphics for all portals of a client’s advertising including:

  • Display Ads
  • Website Sliders
  • Landing Pages
  • POS Materials
  • Email Blasts
  • Logo Design
  • Newspaper Ads
  • Brochures
  • Direct Mail Pieces

Responsibilities

  • Designing advertising elements for assigned clients
  • Design and code conversion centered landing pages
  • Research and stay up to date on manufacturer events and promotions
  • Strategize, build and optimize new campaigns for clients
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions for clients

A Front End Web Developer at Potratz is responsible for designing and expanding our websites and other products as well as developing innovative new products. Much of the role includes coordinating with our team; so excellent communication skills and a diplomatic, positive attitude are a must. The successful candidate is expected to hit the ground running and have a strong background in HMTL/CSS, WordPress, and working knowledge of responsive programming.

Responsibilities

  • Designing websites and products using responsive solutions
  • Creating new and editing existing code both inside and outside our website platform
  • Creating custom graphics and/or editing existing imagery for website use (image optimization)
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and reporting

Requirements

  • You’re detail-oriented and well organized
  • Passionate about Web Design/Development and have a flair for style
  • Experience in Web Development, including but not limited to PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and jQuery
  • Experience working with WordPress, including directly with template files and plug-ins
